Electroplating Wastewater Treatment System

Committed to Protecting the Environment

At K&L Plating, our objective is to reduce waste and emissions. We strive to minimize adverse impact on the air, water, and land through pollution prevention and energy conservation.

By successfully preventing pollution at its source, we can achieve cost savings, increase operational efficiencies, improve the quality of our products and services, maintain a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, and protect the environment.

Facts About Our Processes

We recycle approximately 40% of the water used in our rinse process, saving over 300,000 gallons each year.

We use deionized water, which extends the life of a plating solution, so we use less water overall.

We have rigorous standards in place to maximize water filtration before wastewater is sent to the local municipality.

RoHS & WEEE Compliant

We have adapted our systems to meet industry and environmental standards for reducing waste and use of hazardous materials. We can accommodate RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive) compliance for all of our processes. If you have another specification or unique request, our systems are flexible to meet your need.
